Job summary

iCRYO One Loudoun is a Health and Wellness Center offering cryotherapy, red light therapy, infrared sauna, body sculpting, and IV therapy. The Esthetician will assist guests, educate them on wellness services, and participate in marketing and community events to promote our offerings.

The role requires energetic, customer-service driven individuals who can work with the Center Manager and team to uphold safety protocols while continuously improving knowledge of our products and services.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a 40-hour week with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Complete iCRYO service exams after initial training.
• Maintain time management, good judgement, and ability to multi-task.
• Deliver exceptional guest experience and resolve issues to maintain guest loyalty.
• Educate guests on services needed in a competent, efficient, and professional manner.
• Meet or exceed minimum productivity requirements including sales goals.
• Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Communicate efficiently with managers and peers.
• Complete ongoing education.
• Maintain a clean environment and uphold company standards.
• Retail Sales Experience preferred but not required

Position Overview

Our ideal candidate should have a dynamic personality and a passion for overall wellness and recovery. Must be energetic and ready to assist guests upon arrival. The Esthetician is responsible for assisting and educating guests in achieving their wellness goals with exceptional guest service, marketing through social media and attending community events. The Esthetician will also be responsible for continuing their education of our products and services as well as working as a team with other employees and maintaining safety protocols within the center.

The Esthetician should be action oriented, customer service driven, ambitious, upbeat, confident, honest, detailed and goal oriented. This person will work with the Center Manager, and their team, to identify/solve problems, set expectations, goals, and complete daily tasks. This candidate shall also possess the skills necessary to perform their duties and responsibilities with minimal direct supervision.
