Job summary

Burleson is seeking a motivated Esthetician to join our team. This commission-only position (30–35 hours per week) offers high earning potential with the opportunity for full-time hours based on performance. The ideal candidate will help others achieve their wellness and aesthetic goals.

Key responsibilities include body sculpting services, maintaining treatment areas, scheduling appointments, and supporting marketing efforts. Licensed Estheticians with a sales-oriented mindset are encouraged to apply!

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of experience as a Licensed Esthetician.
• Experience with body sculpting or similar aesthetic treatments preferred.
• Flexible availability including weekends.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Esthetician to join our team! This is a commission-only position(30–35 hours per week) with a high earning potential and the opportunity to convert to a full-time hourly position based on performance.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, reliable, sales-driven, and passionate about helping others reach their wellness and aesthetic goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform body sculpting and related aesthetic services to iCRYO standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all treatment areas and equipment
• Handle appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and follow-ups
• Complete daily reports and submit them on timeContact new and existing clients to promote services and packages
• Support marketing efforts including social media, local outreach, and events
• Represent iCRYO at community events and promotions
• Consistently adhere to iCRYO brand standards, protocols, and professionalism

Requirements

• Licensed Esthetician in the State of Texas, must have 2+ years experience
• Experience with body sculpting or similar aesthetic treatments (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with ability to meet or exceed targets
• Flexible availability (including weekends or events as needed)
• Reliable, organized, and a strong team player
