Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking esthetician to join our luxury spa team. The ideal candidate is licensed in New Mexico, with at least 1 year of spa experience and a passion for guest-focused service.

You will work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. English communication skills are essential to delivering the high‑level service our guests expect.

• Licensed esthetician in New Mexico.
• 1+ year of esthetician experience in luxury spa.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong English communication skills.

• Create a welcoming, memorable spa experience by building genuine connections with guests
• Deliver exceptional hospitality with professionalism and a solution‑oriented mindset
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation at all times
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistency in all treatments and services
• Support and collaborate with the spa team to achieve shared success
• Adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment and assist Spa Reception and Attendants as needed

What would you bring to the table?

• Currently licensed in New Mexico

• 1+ years of esthetician experience, preferably in a high end or luxury spa environment
