Acqualina, Inc. in Florida is seeking an Estates Security Officer for the PM shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm). You will greet Residence Owners, their guests and vendors, and verify access to the property while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

You will monitor assigned areas, anticipate potential issues, respond to disturbances, and assist with emergencies as needed. You will provide information and directions to visitors and residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell experience daily for Residence Owners, their guests and vendors.
• Validate all guests and vendors have permission to be on property.
• Anticipates potential problems and reacts to disturbances and prohibited conduct.
• Responds to emergency situations as needed.
• Provide information and assistance to all Owners, visitors, and vendors.
• Monitors and patrols assigned areas to provide a safe environment for guest and residents and employees and to minimize opportunities for loss or damage.
