Caring Transitions of East Denver is seeking a Team Lead to guide project-based downsizing, relocation, and estate sale efforts with compassion and efficiency. You will train and supervise team members, coordinating closely with the Manager to deliver high-quality results for local families.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer-service skills, and can adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and support team members under the Manager.
• Plan and execute downsizing, relocation, cleanout, and online estate sale projects.
• Maintain company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Create a welcoming work environment and drive results.
• Lead organizing and sorting of items for distribution, liquidation, donation, and move.
• Ensure safe loading of the moving truck and accurate incident reporting.
• Report daily progress to the Manager and assist in keeping projects on track.
