Caring Transitions is seeking a Team Lead to oversee on-site operations for estate sales, downsizing, and related projects in Kentucky. You will coordinate logistics, assign tasks, train and support the team, and act as the main on-site contact with clients to ensure quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, customer focus, safety, and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment. 40 hours per week with opportunities to impact client experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Estate sale or relocation project experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and support team members while following Caring Transitions standards.
• Serve as liaison between staff and management.
• Act as primary on-site contact for projects.
• Coordinate logistics: setup, supplies, donations, cleanouts, and project walkthroughs.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure on-schedule completion.
• Be flexible, solution-focused, and willing to help as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment with safety guidelines.
• Lead with kindness, respect, and a positive attitude.
• Work 40 hours per week.
