Caring Transitions is seeking a Team Lead to oversee on-site operations, guiding estate sales, downsizing, online auctions, and cleanouts to company standards. You will coordinate logistics, assign tasks, train staff, and act as the main on-site contact, ensuring clear communication and a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and support team members while maintaining Caring Transitions standards and procedures
• Serve as a liaison between staff and management
• Serve as the primary point of contact on-site
• Coordinate project logistics, including setup, supplies, donation pickups, cleanout activities, and final property walkthroughs
• Assign daily tasks and ensure projects stay on schedule and are completed efficiently
• Be flexible, solution‑focused, and willing to help wherever needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while ensuring team members follow safety guidelines and best practices
• Lead with kindness, respect, and a positive attitude
• 40 hours per week
