The role focuses on efficient, profitable department management, staff coaching, and ensuring timely progression of cases with the right tools and processes. Strong leadership and change-management experience are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience supervising or managing legal support staff.
• Strong understanding of workflow management and caseload oversight.
• Experience managing employee performance and productivity.
• Proven ability to lead teams through change or process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Estate Planning team’s day-to-day workflow and productivity.
• Monitor caseload progress and generate weekly status reports.
• Hold team members accountable for deadlines and quality standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and client-service issues before they impact experience.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and onboarding support to staff.
• Collaborate with attorneys and department leaders for smooth case progression.
• Report department performance and staffing needs to the Operations Director.
