Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess objectives.
• Draft estate planning documents including wills and various trusts.
• Explain complex legal concepts and provisions of estate plans to clients.
• Coordinate with clients, accountants, and financial advisors to advance cases.
• Maintain timely communication and report caseload during reviews.
• Develop client relationships to support firm growth.
