Qualifications

• JD degree required.
• Active Washington State Bar license in good standing.
• 2–5 years of legal practice experience; estate planning and probate preferred.
• Small-firm experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters from intake through completion.
• Draft, review, and advise clients on estate planning documents.
• Handle probate administration, including court filings and distributions.
• Advise trustees and personal representatives on estate and trust administration.
• Handle related real estate and business transactional matters.
• Meet directly with clients and conduct signings.
• Provide counsel to clients with diverse family structures.
• Maintain organized and documented matters within a paperless practice.
