Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters.
• Draft and review wills and trusts for clients.
• Handle probate filings and distributions.
• Advise trustees and personal representatives on estate and trust administration.
• Manage related real estate and business transactional matters.
• Meet directly with clients and conduct signings.
• Maintain a paperless, cloud-based practice.
