Job summary

Limitless Law PLLC in Bellingham, WA seeks an attorney with 2–5 years of legal practice, focusing on estate planning, probate, and trust administration. You will work closely with the owner, begin building client relationships, and take on meaningful responsibility toward ownership in a modern, paperless practice.

You will also handle related real estate and business matters, with mentorship and a supportive team culture emphasizing client-centered service.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Bar license in good standing.
• Interest in building a long-term practice and ownership.
• Comfort working with diverse family structures including LGBTQ+ clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with a fully paperless, cloud-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters from intake through completion.
• Draft, review, and advise clients on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and related documents.
• Handle probate administration including court filings and distributions.
• Advise trustees and personal representatives on administration of estates and trusts.
• Handle related real estate and business transactional matters.
• Meet directly with clients, conduct signings, and navigate sensitive conversations.
• Provide counsel to clients with diverse family structures.
• Keep matters organized and properly documented in a cloud-based system.
