Job summary

Limitless Law PLLC in Bellingham, WA seeks an attorney to build a practice primarily in estate planning, probate, and trust administration, with mentorship from the firm owner. The role emphasizes client relationship development, ownership potential, and a long-term fit.

You will handle wills, trusts, probate, and related real estate/business matters, growing with the firm and sharing in profits and equity opportunities for dedicated performers.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of legal practice experience required or strongly preferred in estate planning and probate.
• Active Washington State Bar license in good standing is required.
• Interest in building a practice and potentially achieving ownership over time.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with sensitive client matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters from intake through completion
• Draft, review, and advise on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and related documents
• Handle probate administration including court filings, inventories, distributions
• Advise trustees and personal representatives on administration of estates and trusts
• Handle related real estate and business transactional matters
• Meet directly with clients, conduct signings, and assist families through personal decisions
• Provide thoughtful counsel to families with diverse structures, including LGBTQ+ and ethically non-monogamous clients
• Maintain paperless, cloud-based documentation and organization to support workflows
