Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Have experience drafting and negotiating agreements relating to the sale, acquisition, leasing and financing of commercial real estate.
• Have experience drafting corporate documents, including partnership agreements and corporate resolutions.
• Have a minimum of 2-5 years of Estate planning experience including wills, trusts and probate matters.
• Represent clients in probate court and other legal proceedings related to estate planning.
• Have a minimum of 1-3 years of transactional experience in real estate and corporate matters is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Work with clients directly with the supervision of senior attorneys.
• Have excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and academic credentials.
• Enjoy working with clients from a variety of ethnic backgrounds (proficiency in another language is a plus).
• Identify valuable law firm, title relationships and investment opportunities.
• Responsible for overseeing and accelerating new business growth for the firm by managing, developing and implementing initiatives for our core practice areas by:
• Identifying current influencers and referral sources.
• Developing new referral sources (both inbound and outbound referrals).
• Identifying local market opportunities for new business development.
