The successful candidate will handle estate planning matters, including wills and trusts, while drafting and negotiating agreements related to real estate. The firm offers competitive pay of $90,000 - $140,000 per year and values diversity in its employees, providing a supportive environment for all staff members. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and relevant experience in estate and corporate matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years of estate planning experience including wills, trusts and probate matters.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of transactional experience in real estate and corporate matters.
• Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials.

Responsabilités

• Draft and negotiate agreements relating to the sale, acquisition, leasing and financing of commercial real estate.
• Draft corporate documents, including partnership agreements and corporate resolutions.
• Represent clients in probate court and other legal proceedings related to estate planning.
