Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years of estate planning experience including wills, trusts and probate matters.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of transactional experience in real estate and corporate matters.
• Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate agreements relating to the sale, acquisition, leasing and financing of commercial real estate.
• Draft corporate documents, including partnership agreements and corporate resolutions.
• Represent clients in probate court and other legal proceedings related to estate planning.
