Orion Placement seeks an experienced estate planning attorney to join a focused practice in the Main Line area. The role involves advising clients, drafting wills and trusts, and guiding complex trust and estate matters with a high level of care.

The ideal candidate holds a PA bar license, has 3+ years of estate planning experience, and can manage matters independently while building lasting professional relationships with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing required.
• 3+ years of directly relevant estate planning experience.
• Strong drafting experience for wills, trusts, powers of attorney.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical and client communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage client matters and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies tailored to objectives.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.
• Guide clients through trust and estate matters with care and responsiveness.
• Identify tax, wealth transfer, and succession planning considerations.
• Assist business owners with estate and succession planning for closely held businesses.
• Collaborate with clients, accountants, financial advisors and other professionals as needed.
• Manage matters independently while maintaining strong communication and detail orientation.
