Job summary

NetLaw Management Services Organization, Inc. is seeking an Estate Planning Paralegal to support our virtual estate planning workflow, coordinating secure online meetings, onboarding clients into NetLaw, and assisting attorneys with document drafting and client communications.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in estate planning, strong organization, and excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to work independently while maintaining strict confidentiality in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Estate Planning and drafting related documents.
• Experience with case or project management and coordinating multiple calendars.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Zoom; comfortable with new tech.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus confidentiality.
• Strong organization and time management in a fast-paced team.
• Customer-service oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain database of clients, financial advisors, and legal team; log activity.
• Coordinate calendars and scheduling for virtual meetings with clients, attorneys, and advisors.
• Provide technical guidance on NetLaw system and conferencing tools.
• Assist Attorneys with client support, drafting, and document preparation.
• Monitor inquiries via chat, email, and video meetings.
• Support training of legal assistants and oversee virtual practice.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
