Job summary

Rhame & Gorrell Wealth Management seeks an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to support our in-house practice. You will draft trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and deeds, then lead funding to completion under attorney supervision.

You will coordinate with wealth managers and the tax team, ensuring plans align with clients' strategies. A paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree is preferred, with strong organizational skills and professional client interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of experience drafting estate planning documents.
• Proficiency with estate planning document drafting software (Clio-Grow/Manage/Draft or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to tailor documents to attorney direction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Texas notary and paralegal credential preferred or bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Draft comprehensive estate planning documents (trusts, wills, powers of attorney).
• Prepare deeds, assignments, beneficiary designations, and funding docs.
• Manage trust funding from start to finish with clients and third parties.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness before attorney review.
• Coordinate with wealth managers and tax team for alignment with plans.
• Organize signing packages and notarize as needed.
• Maintain client files and matter records with confidentiality.
• Assist with probate and trust administration as needed.
• Communicate with clients professionally throughout drafting and funding.
