Job summary

Sechler Law Firm, LLC in Warrendale, PA is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney and assist with funding trusts. You will interact with clients daily and support our attorneys on estate planning matters.

Responsibilities include drafting deeds, maintaining financial institution forms, and coordinating with clients to update case status. A paralegal certification is preferred and five or more years of related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a paralegal or equivalent
• Experience with Trust Funding is a desired
• Paralegal certification from an accredited program preferred

As a paralegal, you’ll draft estate planning documents like wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. You'll also have the opportunity to assist clients with funding trusts and retitling assets. You’ll have daily client interaction as you assist our attorneys with legal matters.

Compensation: $60,000

Qualifications

• Experience with Trust Funding is a desired
• Standard computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Paralegal certification from an accredited program prefered
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a paralegal specialist, case manager, legal assistant, or legal office manager
