• 2+ years experience as Florida Estate Planning paralegal.
• Paralegal certification or advanced education preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Typing speed 70–100 WPM; Spanish speaking preferred.

• Organizing files and moving them forward.
• Docketing and scheduling events.
• Drafting probate pleadings.
• Drafting Estate Planning Documents: Wills, Trusts, Deeds, Durable Power of Attorney.
• Communicating updates to clients and gathering information.
• Helping attorneys prepare for signing meetings.
• Weekly case management meetings and logging updates to case files.
