Vistas Law Group, LLP in Downtown Los Angeles seeks an Associate to work across estate planning, probate, trust administration and estate litigation. You will gain hands-on experience in transactional and litigation matters and collaborate with a senior attorney who mentors your development.

With a billable hour target of 1,680 per year, the role emphasizes work‑life balance, professional growth, and supportive teamwork while delivering exceptional client service in a boutique setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of legal experience, with some litigation exposure.
• Ability to manage cases from start to finish and take initiative.
• Willing to expand knowledge across practice areas.
• Strong written communication and drafting skills.
• Detail-oriented and open to mentorship.
• Licensed to practice law in California.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda
• Prepare pleadings and discovery responses
• Participate in depositions, court appearances and mediations
• Draft professional correspondence and communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel
• Oversee estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters from start to finish
