The ideal candidate holds a JD, active Wisconsin license, and experience in estate planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, or probate. We offer mentorship, supportive resources, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active WI license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients.
• Experience in estate planning, elder law, probate, or related areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to develop estate plans and long-term planning goals.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives.
• Advise on asset protection, probate avoidance, and wealth transfer planning.
• Assist with Medicaid planning and elder law matters.
• Build relationships with clients and referral sources; manage matters end-to-end.
• Collaborate with firm attorneys and support staff across offices.
