You will draft Wills, Trusts, powers of attorney, guide probate processes, and support asset distribution while maintaining strong client relationships and meeting deadlines. A Wisconsin license and 2+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in estate planning, probate, or trust administration.
• Hands-on experience drafting estate planning documents and handling probate matters.
• Strong drafting, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Annual billing expectation of at least 1,500 hours.
• Elder law and Medicaid planning experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Advise individuals and families on estate planning, probate, trust administration, and elder law matters.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other documents.
• Guide clients through probate proceedings and estate/trust administration.
• Assist with asset protection and estate distribution considerations.
• Manage matters, maintain client relationships, and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Utilize legal technology to streamline workflows and document management.
