Oath is seeking an Associate Attorney in Sarasota, FL to join our estate and financial planning team. You will work directly with clients navigating life decisions about protection, legacy, and future clarity.

No prior estate planning experience required—we'll teach you everything you need to know. This front-facing role offers mentorship, meaningful client work, and opportunities to grow within our nationwide practice.

Qualificações

• Juris Doctorate with active law license.
• Strong communication and client-service skills are essential.
• Comfort with public speaking and educating clients is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workshops and speaking events to educate potential clients on estate and financial planning options
• Meet with clients in consultations, gather information, and help clients take action
• Design and review personalized estate plans to align with client goals
• Guide clients through document signing appointments and ensure understanding of plans
• Collaborate with attorneys, advisors, and staff to deliver seamless client service
• Maintain detailed electronic records of client meetings and communications
• Meet weekly with a mentor attorney for ongoing guidance and professional development
• Engage clients in integrated estate and financial planning discussions
• Respond promptly to client needs via email and phone
