Oath Law & Planning - Estate and Financial Planning in Buffalo, NY is seeking an Associate Attorney for an in-person, client-facing role. You will work directly with clients, design estate plans, and guide signings, with mentor attorneys supporting your growth.

No prior estate planning experience required—we'll teach you the fundamentals and integrate you into a collaborative team focusing on empowering clients to protect what matters and plan for their families' futures.

Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctorate and active law license required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Comfort with public speaking, persuasion, and education-based sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple software preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work early evenings twice a month.
• Reliable transportation—personal vehicle preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead workshops and speaking events to educate potential clients on estate and financial planning options.
• Meet with clients in consultations, gather necessary information, and help clients take action.
• Design and review personalized estate plans to align with client goals.
• Guide clients through document signing appointments, ensuring understanding of plans.
• Collaborate with attorneys, advisors, and staff to deliver seamless client service.
• Maintain detailed electronic records of client meetings and communications.
• Meet weekly with a mentor attorney for ongoing guidance and development.
• Engage clients in integrated estate and financial planning discussions.
• Respond promptly to client needs via email and phone.
