Oath Law & Estate Planning in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking an Associate Attorney for a client-facing, in-person role. You’ll be mentored by senior attorneys and advisors as you help clients protect their life and legacy, with no prior estate planning experience required—we'll teach you everything you need to know.

You’ll work directly with clients, lead workshops, and design personalized estate plans, while collaborating with a team of professionals. This is a growth-focused, in-office opportunity.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and active law license.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Comfort with public speaking and education-based sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple software.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and speaking events to educate clients on estate and financial planning options.
• Meet with clients in consultations, gather information, and help clients take action.
• Design and review personalized estate plans to align with client goals.
• Guide clients through document signing appointments and ensure understanding.
• Collaborate with attorneys, advisors, and staff to deliver seamless client service.
• Maintain detailed electronic records of client meetings and communications.
• Meet weekly with a mentor attorney for ongoing guidance and professional development.
• Engage clients in integrated estate and financial planning discussions.
• Respond promptly to client needs via email and phone.
