Oath is seeking an Associate Attorney for our Estate and Financial Planning division in San Antonio, TX. This in-person role focuses on guiding clients through essential life decisions, from estate planning to financial arrangements, with mentorship from senior attorneys.

You'll work directly with clients, deliver presentations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive service. No prior estate planning experience is required—we train you as you grow within the team.

Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctorate and active law license are required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills are essential.
• Comfort with public speaking, persuasion, and education-based sales is expected.

• Lead workshops and speaking events to educate potential clients on estate and financial planning options.
• Meet with clients in consultations, gather information, and help clients take action.
• Design and review personalized estate plans to align with client goals.
• Guide clients through document signing, ensuring full understanding of plans.
• Collaborate with attorneys, advisors, and staff to deliver seamless client service.
• Maintain detailed electronic records of client meetings and communications.
• Meet weekly with a mentor attorney for ongoing guidance and professional development.
• Engage clients in integrated estate and financial planning discussions.
• Respond promptly to client needs via email and phone.
