The ideal candidate is admitted to the Arizona Bar, has estates/probate experience, strong drafting skills, and the ability to create new processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in opening or scaling a practice area.
• Trust administration and contested probate experience.
• Spanish fluency preferred.
• Excellent drafting skills with attention to precision.
• Self-directed with the ability to create new processes.
• Willingness to travel for court appearances throughout Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients through emotional and consequential decisions.
