Job summary

Orion Placement seeks an attorney with 3+ years in trusts and estates to advise clients on estate tax, probate, and trust administration from our North Scottsdale office. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes close collaboration, mentorship, and meaningful client interaction while you build deep expertise in a specialized practice.

You will draft and revise estate planning documents, manage probate and trust matters from intake to completion, and work with seasoned attorneys to deliver

Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited law school (3+ years attorney experience).
• 1+ year direct estate tax and/or probate and trust administration experience.
• Strong research, drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities.
• On-site North Scottsdale, AZ commitment.

Responsibilities

Note

Candidates must have a JD, 3+ years of attorney experience, and at least 1+ year of direct experience with estate tax and/or probate and trust administration. Our primary target is an attorney with approximately 3 to 5 years of experience who is ready to continue building a specialized trusts and estates practice.
