Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Estate Planning Attorney in Phoenix, AZ to lead and grow the estates, trusts, guardianship, and probate practice while handling a family law caseload. The role features a hybrid work structure with opportunities to build a new practice within the firm and collaborate with leadership on marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate is admitted to the Arizona Bar, has estates/probate experience, strong drafting skills, and the ability to create new processes.

Qualifications

Experience in opening or scaling a practice area.
Trust administration and contested probate experience.
Spanish fluency preferred.
Excellent drafting skills with attention to precision.
Self-directed with the ability to create new processes.
Willingness to travel for court appearances throughout Arizona.

Responsibilities

Carry a family law caseload including divorce, custody, parenting time, support, and modifications.
Handle estates and probate matters: wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate, trust administration, guardianship, and conservatorship.
Design intake criteria, fee structure, workflow, and document templates for the estates practice.
Partner with firm leadership on marketing and positioning for the practice area.
Advise clients through emotional and consequential decisions.
Mentor paralegals and staff as the practice area grows.
