Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Estate Administration Attorney / Trust Attorney for our leading law firm client in Grand Rapids, MI. The role requires a JD, MI state bar admission, and 3–4 years of experience in trusts and estates, estate planning, probate, or related areas.

You will draft estate planning documents, assist with trust and estate administration, and work onsite at least 3 days per week. Competitive salary and benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to MI state bar.
• Three to four years of experience in trusts and estates, estate planning, probate, or closely related matters.
• Experience drafting estate planning documents and assisting with trust and estate administration.

Responsibilities

• Draft estate planning documents and assist with trust and estate administration.
• Provide legal guidance on estate and gift tax concepts and wealth transfer planning.
• Collaborate with the firm on estate-related matters and client communications.

Job Details

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to MI state bar
• Three to four years of experience in trusts and estates, estate planning, probate, or closely related matters.
• Experience drafting estate planning documents and assisting with trust and estate administration.
• Exposure to estate and gift tax concepts and wealth transfer planning strategies preferred.
• Willingness to work onsite in Grand Rapids at least 3 days per week
