Job summary

Bonham Solutions in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced estate planning attorney to join our growing firm. You will meet with clients to analyze financial situations and goals to craft tailored estate plans, and you will draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.

You will guide families through probate and estate administration with empathy, and assist with long-term care planning and Medicaid asset protection.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and an active Georgia license to practice law.
• Minimum of 2 years of attorney experience specifically focused on estate planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and communicate.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to contribute to firm growth and community presence.

A growing estate planning law firm in the Atlanta, GA area is looking to add an experienced attorney. The firm prides itself on providing personalized comprehensive legal services and has created an excellent reputation in the Atlanta area. The firm is seeking an attorney with at least 2 years of estate planning experience to join the team and they are also open to senior candidates or lateral partners as well.
