Job summary

Confidential Employer in the United States is seeking an experienced estate planning attorney to join a respected practice focused on high-net-worth clients. The role offers strong compensation with room for growth and a flexible remote arrangement with occasional collaboration from the Atlanta office.

You will advise on sophisticated planning, draft wills and trusts, handle probate matters, and support business succession planning for families and business owners.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Bar license.
• 2+ years of estate planning attorney experience.
• Experience drafting sophisticated estate planning documents.
• Working knowledge of probate and estate administration.
• Business succession planning experience is highly preferred.
• LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is a plus but not required.
• Strong client counseling, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on sophisticated estate planning strategies tailored to their personal and financial goals.
• Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related estate planning documents.
• Handle probate and estate administration matters from beginning to resolution.
• Counsel business owners on business succession planning and wealth transfer strategies.
• Develop tax-efficient estate and gift planning solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and service.
• Collaborate with attorneys and professional advisors to deliver comprehensive planning solutions.
• Stay current on changes in estate planning, probate, trust, and tax law.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
