Job summary

Orionplacement in Atlanta, GA, seeks an attorney with 1+ year in estate planning and probate or elder law to join our in-office team. You will advise on estate planning, probate, Medicaid planning, and long term care strategies, and develop customized estate plans including wills and trusts.

The position offers a guaranteed monthly bonus draw and opportunities for additional bonuses tied to revenue goals, with a strong emphasis on client service and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Bar license in good standing.
• 1+ year of estate planning and probate OR elder law experience.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently while working with a team.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on estate planning, elder law, probate, and long term care matters.
• Develop and implement customized estate plans, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.
• Counsel clients and families regarding Medicaid planning, asset protection, and long term care strategies.
• Handle probate and estate administration matters from initial consultation through resolution.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and families.
• Communicate complex legal concepts clearly and compassionately.
• Collaborate with attorneys and team members to deliver a high level of client service.
• Participate in client meetings and, when appropriate, meetings at satellite offices.
• Contribute to a growing practice with opportunities to expand knowledge and take on increasing responsibility.
