Bonham Solutions is seeking an Estate Planning & Elder Law Attorney for a well-established Atlanta law firm. You will meet with clients, draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives, and advise on Medicaid planning.

A J.D. and Georgia bar admission are required, with at least one year of estate planning or elder law experience. Strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team are essential.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Georgia.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in estate planning, elder law, probate, or a related practice area.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to evaluate their estate planning and elder law needs.
• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Advise clients regarding Medicaid planning, asset protection, and long-term care planning strategies.
• Assist clients with VA benefits planning and related elder law matters.
• Handle probate and trust administration matters as needed.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the planning process.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver outstanding legal representation.
• Stay current on changes in estate planning and elder law legislation.
