Sandyland Cove LLC in Carpinteria seeks an exceptional Operations Manager to supervise day-to-day operations of private estate properties. You will oversee maintenance, vendor coordination, and guest preparations with a hands-on, proactive approach.

The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle food prep and basic kitchen tasks when needed, while coordinating with staff across departments to keep residences running beautifully.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and presentation of multiple residences and estate properties.
• Identify maintenance issues and coordinate timely completion with vendors.
• Supervise electricians, plumbers, landscapers, AV, and other contractors.
• Handle light troubleshooting and basic repairs to avoid outsourcing when possible.
• Support AV, Wi-Fi, home automation, security systems, and other tech.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, service, and detailing.
• Assist with dinners, gatherings, events, and guest accommodations.
• Work closely with housekeeping, grounds, maintenance, and ranch staff.
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen-related tasks as needed.
