An exclusive private estate in the San Jose metro area is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxury residential property. This role is responsible for ensuring the estate operates efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards, managing staff and vendors, coordinating maintenance and projects, and protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the household. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, professional, and experienced in managing high-end residential estates.

Duties

• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of a luxury private estate.
• Manage household staff, establish performance standards, and ensure service excellence.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers, including maintenance, landscaping, security, and specialty services.
• Monitor property readiness, recurring maintenance schedules, and operational priorities.
• Manage estate projects, repairs, upgrades, and operational improvements from planning through completion.
• Maintain systems for issue tracking, follow-up, quality control, and project reporting.
• Provide organized, solution-focused updates while exercising professionalism and discretion.
• Protect household privacy and ensure confidentiality in all operations and communications.

Requirements
