Job summary

Higher Staffing is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee two luxury private residences in New Jersey and Palm Beach, FL. This executive role requires proactive planning, service excellence, and disciplined operations to meet the homeowner's standards.

You will lead collaboration with the Family Office, manage annual operating budgets, capital expenditure plans, and preventive maintenance programs while coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure timely, quality work.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience managing luxury estates or comparable executive-level operations.
  • Experience managing multimillion-dollar residential properties and capital improvement projects.
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction, building systems, and contractor management.

wWe are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and service-driven Estate Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and long-term management of two luxury private residences located in New Jersey and Palm Beach, Florida. This executive-level position is responsible for operating the estates with the discipline, accountability, and operational excellence of a best-in-class property management organization while delivering the personalized service expected of a luxury private residence. The Estate Manager partners closely with the Family Office, including the Executive Assistant and Family Comptroller, while leading all operational aspects of the estates
