Higher Staffing is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee two luxury private residences in New Jersey and Palm Beach, FL. This executive role requires proactive planning, service excellence, and disciplined operations to meet the homeowner's standards.

You will lead collaboration with the Family Office, manage annual operating budgets, capital expenditure plans, and preventive maintenance programs while coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure timely, quality work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience managing luxury estates or comparable executive-level operations.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar residential properties and capital improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction, building systems, and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete operational oversight of two luxury residences in New Jersey and Palm Beach, FL.
• Maintain properties in exceptional presentation and readiness; conduct routine inspections and address maintenance, safety, and quality concerns.
• Develop systems and procedures to improve organization, efficiency, and accountability; manage contracts and vendor relationships.
