Role Description

The Estate Manager is a contract, on-site role based in Killington, VT, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the property and grounds. This role manages estate maintenance and facility issues, coordinates with vendors and service providers, and ensures that the property is safe, functional, and well-presented at all times. The Estate Manager monitors budgets and expenses related to property upkeep, tracks work orders, and maintains records of repairs and improvements. Day-to-day tasks include supervising cleaning and maintenance schedules, addressing guest or resident concerns promptly, and collaborating with ownership to plan upgrades and seasonal projects.   • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfort working on-site with a hands‑on approach to inspecting, troubleshooting, and resolving property issues.
