Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Estates Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join our New York office. This hands-on role is for a litigator who knows the Surrogate's Court and wants meaningful responsibility early.

You will handle contested estate and trust matters, draft pleadings and briefs, and work directly with partners and clients on case strategy from intake through resolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of estates litigation experience (required).
• Admission to the New York Bar in good standing.
• Strong research, writing, and courtroom instincts; ability to manage matters with limited supervision.

What You'll Do

What You Bring

• 3+ years of practice with direct, demonstrable estates litigation experience (required)
• Admission to the New York bar and good standing
• Strong research, writing, and courtroom instincts, and comfort managing matters with limited supervision
