A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an Estate Litigation Partner to join its Estate Litigation Department in their New York office to play a key role in the continued expansion of its private client and estate litigation practice. Compensation range: $175,000- $200,000, commensurate with experience.

This role offers the ability to lead complex litigation matters involving high-net-worth clients while working closely with a team of experienced trusts and estates professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of complex trust and estate litigation matters for high-net-worth clients
• Handle all phases of litigation including court appearances, motion practice, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Provide mentorship, supervision, and technical guidance to junior and mid-level attorneys
• Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the firm’s long-term growth strategy
• Maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service and professionalism

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience handling trust and estate litigation, probate, estate administration, and related private client matter within a law firm environment
• Strong working knowledge of New York Surrogate’s Court practice, including the SCPA and EPTL
• Demonstrated experience with motion practice, including written submissions and oral argument
• Prior experience supervising or mentoring junior attorneys
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
