Job summary

Oxbowplc is seeking a Residential Estate Landscape Maintenance Account Manager for San Francisco and the Peninsula. You will steward distinguished private landscapes, lead gardening teams, and apply horticultural expertise to elevate garden health and beauty.

You’ll work closely with homeowners and estate managers, developing tailored maintenance plans and guiding long‑term garden growth. This hands-on, relationship-driven role values detail, plant care, and ownership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential estate landscaping or horticulture-focused landscape management.
• Solid horticultural knowledge: plant ID, pruning, irrigation, plant health care.
• Attention to detail, garden aesthetics, and long-term stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary account manager for assigned residential estate gardens, building trust with clients.
• Develop customized garden maintenance plans based on plant needs and client goals.
• Conduct regular property walks focused on plant health, pruning, soil, and aesthetics.
• Identify horticultural issues and offer recommendations to enhance garden performance.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients about care priorities and planning.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure high-end estate standards.
• Manage account budgets for maintenance and enhancements.
• Propose enhancements such as seasonal color, pruning, or garden improvements.
• Participate in client walkthroughs and seasonal planning discussions.
• Support seasonal initiatives and special projects as needed.
