Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks an Estate & Inheritor Services Specialist to support wealth management clients through inheritance and legacy transfers. This on-site contract in Utah requires collaboration with advisors, branches, and internal teams to ensure precise processing of assets and documentation.

You will manage client communications, apply firm policies, and coordinate across departments to deliver timely, compliant service in a high-activity environment.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 3-4 years financial services experience including client service, estates, trusts, and retirement plans.
• Experience with asset distribution processes and account opening.
• Ability to research and resolve client service inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage asset transitions for individual clients as SME for wealth management.
• Coordinate with branches and internal departments using various applications.
• Provide one-on-one client support throughout inheritance process via phone/email.
• Set expectations with clients and beneficiaries in line with SLAs and follow-up.
• Deliver world-class service to internal and external clients in all interactions.
• Research and resolve problems with clients accurately and promptly.
• Document case interactions and maintain daily load using technology resources.
• Apply firm verification policies to prevent identity theft and fraud.
• Stay current on SEC/FINRA and firm guidelines; ensure risk mitigation.
• Ad hoc duties; Series 7 and 66 required (or 63 & 65).
