Qualifications

• Experience with trusts and estates is required.
• Understanding of taxes and investments is a bonus.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication with clients, beneficiaries, and professional advisors (legal, financial and tax).
• Must be able to work independently and with precision.

Responsibilities

• Secure assets after a death has been reported and inventory decedent assets.
• Complete financial forms for asset collection and distribution; inventory debts.
• Distribute tangible items per legal documents and communicate with beneficiaries.
• Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure complete tax reporting and prepare probate reports.
