Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 3-4 years financial services industry experience including client service interactions, and knowledge of estates, trusts, and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated one-on-one support for clients throughout the inheritance process.
• Communicate with clients by phone or email to deliver high-level service and transparency.
• Process and follow up service requests to ensure timely completion.
• Set expectations with clients for requests in line with internal SLAs.
• Deliver world-class customer service to internal and external clients.
• Research and resolve problems with clients accurately and promptly.
