Job summary

Lenmar Consulting Inc. in Utah is seeking an Estate & Inheritor Services Specialist to manage asset transfers for individual clients.

You will serve as a subject matter expert for Wealth Management Clients, Financial Advisors, Client Service Associates and Branch Management to facilitate inheritance and legacy transfers in a virtual environment. The role requires strong client service skills, knowledge of estates, trusts, and retirement plans, and the ability to work with internal departments,

Qualifications

College degree preferred; 3–4 years in financial services with client service experience.
Knowledge of estates, trusts, and retirement plans.
Experience handling inheritance processing and asset transfers.
Ability to coordinate with Wealth Management and Branch teams.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support to clients throughout the inheritance process.
Communicate with clients by phone or email to deliver high-quality service.
Process and follow up on service requests to ensure timely completion.
Set expectations with clients and beneficiaries per internal SLAs.
Enter and document case interactions in firm systems and monitor daily workload.
Ensure compliance with verification policies to mitigate risk.
