Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineer.
• 3-5 years of working experience in the field, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and can adapt easily.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Willing to be assigned in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Handles all preventive maintenance activities for building equipment.
• Ensures compliance with building rules, safety and uninterrupted service to tenants.
• Secures and complies with all permits and licenses related to operation of building/facilities and equipment.
• Prepares periodic manpower schedule.
• Coordinates and monitors contractors regarding renovation, expansion, equipment installation and rectification.
• Reviews plans submitted for fit-out/renovation.
• Ensures building specifications and restrictions are compiled by tenants and contractors.
• Prepares for scheduled power and water interruptions.
• Monitors and controls activities of other utility service providers such as power, water, communications, cable TV, etc.
