Job summary

Ortigas Land Sales Careers is seeking a Technical Engineer to supervise and oversee design, development and production of MEPFS across malls, offices, residential and estate developments.

The role requires 2–3 years of MEPF design experience, licensure as Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, and strong communication and customer service skills. The position also involves budget estimates and project implementation within a real estate context.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (PE)
• 2–3 years experience in MEPF design
• Experience with real estate firms and/or property developers designing malls and hotels

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee design, development and production of MEPFS using CAD application
• Develop and implement operations and maintenance standards
• Supervise MEPFS testing and commissioning, pre-operation and turnover of mall, offices, residential and estate development
• Facilitate budgetary cost estimate and project implementation
