Job summary

Ortigas Land Sales Careers is seeking a Project Officer to assist the Project Director and act as a core team member during concept and schematic design stages for the Estancia project.

Responsibilities include cost and schedule inputs, supervising design progress with 3rd party consultants, and preparing internal and external reports while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• At least 4 years of working experience in construction management and site development.
• Knowledge in the real estate industry is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate with the Project Director, act as a member of project core team during concept and schematic design stages of project.
• Provide inputs on cost and schedule.
• Assist the Project Director in overseeing and managing the design and 3rd party consultants.
• Assist in the preparation of internal and external reports.
• Coordinate with other teams with regard to project requirements and deliverables.
